Shipping & Returns

Every SOVRAI order is packed with care and handled with the same attention we put into our fragrances. This page explains how shipping, complimentary samples, returns, refunds, damaged orders and delivery concerns are handled.

Canada-wide shipping

SOVRAI currently ships fragrance orders across Canada. Tracking information is sent by email where available.

Free shipping is available on Canadian orders over $99 CAD.

Sample with every bottle

Every fragrance bottle includes a complimentary matching sample so you can experience the scent before opening the bottle.

Orders are carefully packed and processed as quickly as possible after purchase. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, weather and conditions outside of our control.

Free shipping is available on orders over $99 CAD.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email where available.

Complimentary sample with every bottle

Every SOVRAI fragrance bottle includes a complimentary matching sample of the same scent.

We include this sample so you can experience the fragrance before committing to opening the bottle. Please test the included sample first.

Once the fragrance bottle has been opened, sprayed, unsealed or tampered with, it no longer qualifies for return.
Return eligibility

Fragrance bottles may be returned only if the bottle remains:

  • unopened
  • unused
  • sealed
  • in its original packaging and condition

Opened fragrance bottles cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene, contamination prevention and product authenticity standards.

This policy helps ensure every customer receives a genuine, untouched product experience.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or returned to the sender.

Final sale items

The following items are final sale:

  • sample sets
  • individual samples
  • opened fragrance products
  • products that have been sprayed, unsealed or tampered with
How to start a return

To start a return, email us at sovraiperfumes@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will send return instructions. Do not send any item back before receiving approval.

Return shipping and fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is related to an approved damaged, defective or incorrect order claim.

For Canadian orders, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 CAD may be deducted from the refund amount. This may apply even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are also non-refundable.

SOVRAI is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until the return has been received and processed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved.

If the return is approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refund processing may take 7 to 14 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

No refund will be issued before the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sovraiperfumes@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We may ask for photos of the product, packaging, shipping box and shipping label so we can properly review the claim.

Please keep the item and packaging in their original condition while the claim is being reviewed.

If the claim is approved, SOVRAI will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.

Customers may be required to return the original item before a replacement is issued.

Lost or stolen packages

Once an order has shipped and is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

An order is considered delivered when the carrier confirms delivery through tracking status, delivery scan, delivery photo, GPS confirmation or another valid proof of delivery.

SOVRAI is not responsible for packages reported as lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Refunds and replacements will not be issued for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a delivered package is missing, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly. If theft is suspected, customers may also file a police report.

Delivery exclusions

SOVRAI is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • packages stolen after delivery
  • packages left unattended by the carrier
  • incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
  • packages received by household members, building staff, neighbours or mailrooms
  • delays caused by the carrier after the order has left our facility

SOVRAI may provide delivery confirmation upon request.

Product integrity claims

All SOVRAI fragrances are produced for and sold directly by SOVRAI.

Claims that a product has been altered, tampered with, switched, diluted or misrepresented must be supported with clear evidence and reviewed by SOVRAI.

SOVRAI may deny any claim that appears false, incomplete, abusive or inconsistent with the condition of the item, order records, delivery records or customer communication.

Fraud prevention

SOVRAI monitors return, refund and delivery claims for abuse.

Repeated, suspicious, false or inconsistent claims may result in denied refunds, denied replacements or refusal of future service.
