What do you mean by hybrid perfumery?
Our perfumes are inspired by notes and compositions from both the middle east, as well as European perfumery & modern western interpretations. We blend Middle Eastern warmth with European refinement and modern mass-appeal. Consider ‘West’ in this context as a contemporary perfumery, rather than a geographic boundary.
Are Sovrai perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?
That's correct! All Sovrai perfumes are vegan, cruelty-free, and made without animal-derived ingredients or testing.
How should I apply my perfumes?
Apply your perfume to areas which you'd associate with meeting new people! Such as the wrists, under your knuckles, both sides of your neck just under the ear, outer-side of your arms etc. Applying to clothing may also further extend the longevity of our perfumes.
When applying on clothing, the shoulders are a great spot to start, just don't apply directly beneath your nose (ie: upper chest area/front of neck) as this can lead to getting noseblind quicker; the scent would be always close to your nose rather than wafting around you. Not ideal!
Where should I store my scents?
Store your perfume in an area which remains cool and dry; keeping it protected from sunlight and heat sources. A shelf or drawer is ideal! Never keep it in a bathroom, as humidity may damage the scent overtime.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. Email us at sovraiperfumes@gmail.com for any issues regarding returns and we'll figure things out together.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer shipping throughout all of Canada. However, as of now, we don't yet offer International shipping. It'll be available soon, and we’ll update this page as soon as it’s ready. Keep up-to-date on our Instagram.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
